Scope and Contents
This series contains documents relating the study of prep schools in the Synod, especially as it related to the Northwestern Campus. Included are reports, statistics, and correspondence related to the Prep School Study Committee, Northwestern Lutheran Academy in Mobridge, SD, and Martin Luther Preparatory School in Prairie du Chien, WI. The series also contains documents relating to amalgamation and the eventual closing of the college and move to Martin Luther College in New Ulm, MN.

Scope and Contents
Records in this collection are divided into three different groupings: 1) a variety of documents on the break with Missouri, 2) materials regarding the Revised Standard Version (RSV) translation of the Bible, and 3) miscellaneous pastoral documents from Dahlke's ministry. However, the significance of this collection is found in the first grouping, of which the majority of this collection consists. Dahlke's thoughts on the break with Missouri prove to be very significant. Not only...
