Scope and Contents Records consist of COP meeting agendas and meeting minutes from 1948-1989. Agendas and minutes are included from both regular COP meetings held throughout the year and assignment committee meetings held each May to assign pastor and teacher graduates. A detailed index of the various topics discussed at COP meetings is included.
